Customer Satisfaction is our top priority and we want to ensure that you are completely happy with your purchase. If you are not happy with your item, please contact Homethreads, so we can make it right!
RETURN POLICY
*Items Purchased for Christmas will eligible for store credit or exchange until January 15th*
We will gladly refund, issue a store credit or exchange within 10 days of purchase with a receipt on all regular price items.
All items worn, washed or altered are not eligible for return or exchange.
All SALE items are Final Sale.
Gift Cards are non-refundable
EXCHANGES
Due to fast turnover rate, Homethreads Online is not set up to process exchanges. If an item you want is available in another size, please order it and return your incorrect size. We will refund you for the returned size instead of issuing a store credit. IF YOU CHOOSE THIS METHOD, PLEASE EMAIL HOMETHREADS SO OUR TEAM CAN MAKE A NOTE ON YOUR FILE.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS
The team at Homethreads stand behind the products and want you to be satisfied with them! We will always do our best to take care of each customer, fairly and responsibly. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email Homethreads a photo of the defect within 48 hours of the confirmed delivery so our team can rectify the situation.
